Homer and Marge update

We went into town tonight intending to hit my favorite store and a fabric store.
We were talking about H&M and what I still needed to make the cake-top.
At that very instant, we happened to be rolling past a place called 'Cake, Candy and Weddings'. (The truck turned by itself, I tell ya!) (Anonymous Sister will be SO jealous when she reads that. BTW, they DO have a wide selection of what you wanted, Newb...tee-hee).

I found something there....the perfect something for Homer and Marge.
Just wait till tomorrow!

We stopped at the craft store then , and I found even more perfect stuff--like acrylic paint intended for plastic, AND paint-on opalescent glitter!

Ah...my life is chuck-full of wonders, huh?
Good thing I'm taking tomorrow off...lol
